My name is Wichard Lüdje. I am a doctor and the founder of Animus Medicus. I have been fascinated by human anatomy my whole life. This is not least due to a certain amount of bad luck with injuries, which I had to deal with for a long time.
Even as a child, I often found myself at the doctor's or in physiotherapy, where they tried to explain to me how the human body works using standard anatomical pictures. However, the spark didn't fly: I could see and understand the pictures.
However, I couldn't really get into these anatomy pictures. I want to use vintage anatomy pictures to make these kinds of images more easily understandable. The human anatomy is fascinating and beautiful, you just have to present it in the right way.
