You can Posters, unopened picture frames and unworn socks as well as the remaining products within Return within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as worn socks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
LIMITED Editions are also excluded from return.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will purchase the new item separately. Please contact us beforehand by email atinfo@animus-medicus.de.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you have a problem with your order or if the products you received are damaged/defective, please contact us. You may be entitled to a re-shipment or a credit in the shop.

right of withdrawal
You have the right to thirty days without giving any reason to withdraw from this contract.
The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the Animus Medicus GmbH, Johanna-Dachs-Str. 34, 93055 Regensburg, Germany,info@animus-medicus.de ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
